Lock Screen Icons on New ICS - Cannot Change

OK - I got the official ICS from Verizon, installed fine, runs fine. However; I have googled and searched forums and I cannot find a way to change the Lock Screen Icons. Other phones like HTC use the botton tray icons that you select on your home screen, however; this Verizon version does not do that. If anyone figures this out, please let us know.

I know on some of the ICS ROMS you can change the shortcuts on the lock screen. Not sure if something is available without root or flashing a custom ROM. I'm sure if there is someone will chime in soon.
