Lock Screen Security on Stock ROMs

Am I missing something or can you not set security on the Rezound's lock screen? On original stock I couldn't get it to use a passcode and on the stock ICS leak from Friday it doesn't work either nor does face unlock.

Since these are "leaks" some features may not work. I'm on Xtreme Outcast's 2.0 ROM and facelock and pattern lock do work.

The odd thing is that it didn't work on total stock either.
