No, it has haptic (vibrate) feedback, but that's it.

haptic feedback can't be turned off as far as I know (for the unlock screen) also out of subject haptic feedback comes and goes intermittently during phone use even though its turned off in the settings

hey i am new to the droid. i have a problem that drives me crazy i hope somebody cant help me cuz i cant figure it out............every time i select something like call log, contacts, home...ect... it speaks wht ive chosen ... i night of accidently turned it on but i dnt know how... plz help me sut it off . thanks

I believe its in settings > accessibility > talkback. Hope that does it for you
