Locked screen prior/during to phone call

Guys, after the 2.0.1 update I rooted my phone, not sure if this caused my issue. I put a lock code on mine.

When I receive a phone call I must unlock my phone buy drawing my code THEN I am able to pick up or decline a call.

When I want to hang up I would have to, again, unlock my phone by drawing my code THEN press end.

I have a moto droid.

guess it was a quirk. restarted and its fine now.
