Logo stuck issue, possibly related to Sweeter Home 2, possibly not.

I have been downloading multiple Sweeter Home 2 themes, trying to learn how to edit the themes to my liking, but I found that I cannot figure out how to change this one themes Browser (text link) to Dolphin browser (or anything) instead of the default browser.

This was the last thing I think I was doing on my phone when I restarted it, and it stopped booting up. Now this may be unrelated, and the cause of something else I did to my phone, but it's the only idea I have right now.

I have a Nandroid backup, but it is at least two weeks old and I was really hoping to set up my themes the way I like them, then do a backup, and I never got that far! I would love to retain my current settings and try to find the reason my phone is not booting up. Nandroid is the second from last attempt I want to do.

I have Bugless Beast v1.0 and have been very happy with my 45~50 second boot times. I did not notice ANY SPEED IMPROVEMENT with the BB droid screen which supposedly reduces boot time, however I had no issues with it and there was no command for reverting it back to the original immediately after so I left it. Now when I boot my phone The words DROID the words are being highlighted , as if a light is shining over each word, and instead of the usual bootup, on the last word it kind of cuts off and on the last letter being highlighted as if it had a lag spike, then it repeats itself. It never completes boot up.

Would this be an issue for booting up? Does Sweeter Home 2 change anything that would prevent it from getting past the boot logo?

If Yes to the above question, how can I delete just sweeter home 2 from my phone using when my phone is connected to the computer to find out if that is the problem without restoring an old Nandroid backup?

I attempted to upload the 700kb .3gp file to the forums but it's an invalid format. That's okay. See below.

Thanks for the quick response Corinacakes. I do not blame Sweeter Home for the exact cause, but I wanted to let any one that might be able to help me the last thing I recall doing before the I had this issue.

Yes I did a battery pull. I went to work with it off and tried charging it multiple times to keep a charge on it, but it's hard knowing when it's charging or when it's not charging during bootup because I cannot get the light to stay on. I know it's charging because originally I it would say battery low NOT okay to program, and now it says it's OK to program battery good. So it's charging, just won't show the LED notification.

Video coming soon just to be really specific on what it looks like, I'm sure it won't help. Video taken with LG enV Touch (i think that's what it's called, full touch screen outside, flip out qwerty keyboard).

*EDIT* Video uploaded to YouTube on the original post. My TV was not that loud at all but the microphone sure did pick it up as if I was standing next to it!

*EDIT 2* Okay thanks for all the potential and/or future responses but I ran out of patience and started doing some things to fix it that all failed, so I did the backup. I just hate redoing all my settings, my book marks which were not backed up, and stuff like that. :( I have a working Droid now so don't worry about helping me any further on this topic, unless you too are having this problem and want to contribute. I personally would like to have found the cause of the issue but I could not find the time.

Nothing like having a little patience, lol.

But just for kicks, NEVER start changing stuff on your phone without doing a nandroid backup first. That way if it goes wonky, you are still pretty current. And not to worry, I have learned this the hard way, and even still forget myself.

Glad you are fixed.
