looking for a gps app that

will let me track OTHER gps devices such as a gps enabled dog collar.

our hunting dogs all wear gps collars, and we can use a handunit to track them. wondering if there's someway i can do it on my droidx

You can't just track GPS devices. The devices have to communicate their location back to your Droid X somehow. How do the dog collars communicate with the hand unit? I'm guessing radio waves and your Droid X probably can't receive those.
