Looking for a quality guitar app..

I am a semi professional guitarist, and I would love to have something like guitar pro for my droid x. something that can take guitar tab from the web and display it and play it. I also would like an app that shows chord charts and scales to play over chord progressions. I have no problem paying if it's a quality app.

on an unrelated note, if you purchase an app and it totally blows, can you get your moolah back?

You can "return" and get a refund within 24 hours of purchasing an app. The only guitar app I know is called "Solo Lite" and there is a full pay version as well. It is really cool, you select the chords and they appear as buttons on the top of the screen, then you can strum individual strings or slide across the whole screen for the chord, and it works great.
