Looking for an app to help stream movies from pc hd?

Is there an app (and if so which one is the best) that can stream movies from my PC (or my phone's) storage, to my tablet over 4g/wifi?

I have a large selection of movies on my PC hardrive and just wanted to watch them on my tab without having to physically transfer them over (plus my tab doesn't have a great deal of storage space).

Dropbox works pretty well but requires some planning.

Drop box has pretty slow upload speeds for getting that folder synced and whatnot. I have gigs of video's so that would take a while.

I did find this in the play store: Tonido - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tonido.android&hl=en

From the looks of the video it seems like i should be able to stream almost anything. Anyone ever used this app (or others like it)?
