Looking for an HTC-like weather/flip clock for my X.

Ok so I bought myself a Droid X and frickin love it. Now I also bought my wife an HTC Incredible and I really like her flip style clock with the weather that interacts with the apps
on her home screen. Meaning when its cloudy out the clouds will roll across the app widgets.
Does anyone know where I can get this?
