Looking for app to control phone from computer.

Back in my WinMo days (about 30 days ago) I had an "app" called MyMobiler. It allowed to use your computer and plug in by USB to your phone and basically control your phone from your computer.

I am looking for something like this for android bc I plug my phone into my computer to access the internet and basically the phone becomes unusable when I do (it does not respond properly to screen input).

There are several VNC applications available -- I'm pretty sure one of them is a VNC server.
