Looking for app to track location on internet

Hey guys, I will be taking a 3-4 hour trip, and I'm looking for an app where my buddy can go to a website to see where I am on the road, something that will transmit my GPS signal along something like Google Maps, but I'm not looking for recovery software to "track my phone", just something that will display my location anyone can access on like Google Maps or something.

Does anyone know of an app like this?

Sign up with google latitude. If your buddy has a google account you can share your location with him.

Since latitude is already built into google maps and does exactly what you are asking for, try that.
