Looking for help with email

My work email has always worked fine until they updated everything to outlook 2010 and now I get an error that it can't connect to the server. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks on a d1 rooted running stock rom and stock email

It doesn't say WHY you can't connect?
Tried Maildroid or K9 as an alternative?

Tried k9 and it just says can't connect to server but all the settings are the same on my phone now as they always have been
