Looking for messaging app edited..

Okay, I would really love it if I could get either htc or iphone os messaging apps working on my global...any help would be appreciated! Also, on iphone when message is received it shows up in its little box, I know about sms popup, but I want as similar as possible to that, and appearance of the inbox, string of txts, all that can.

Well.. There are a few messaging apps out there that could get you really close.... I know GoSMS has an iPhone like skin.... have you tried that yet?

If you need iPhone-like stuff, it's probably MIUI. HTC's messaging app depends on Sense so you can't run it.

Handcent looks pretty close to iPhone's SMS app, though.

another gosms user here. already removed my stock sms app..lol just cant go back.
handcent is also a great app.
they all get iphone-style skins and pop up window for new messages..just try them and enjoy

Iphone style equals MIUI? Well can we pull that out of miui (for global one if is same or reg if will work) so can run it on this?

Handcent is your best bet. It pops up as a quick reply for every message you have and can be done over the lock screen. And has 2 iPhone skins maybe 3.
