Looking for widget or app to reboot phone

[Droid noob]

I've searched the market and can only find apps that do a "hot reboot" per say. I like to reboot the phone every now and then just to start fresh. Just trying to avoid holding the lock button down. Anyone know of a decent one tap widget that can do this?
