Loot App

I have been trying out Loot as a banking/ledger app. It seems pretty good and easy to use, and allows you to import .qif files from Quicken, which is what I use on my computer.

My question is this: Does anyone have a way I can get the .qif file from my computer to my phone and vice versa without taking the SD card out to connect to my computer? When I email the .qif file, the droid email apps (both the gmail and email apps) don't give me an option to just download the attachment. When I plug the phone into the computer via usb, it doesn't detect the phone at all.

Anyone have any other ideas? Or am I doing something wrong?

plug the phone into the computer

when you do this, a symbol should show up in the top left on your phone. Swipe down (like when you have a notificication) and you will see "USB connected"

click it

then click mount and your computer will read your sd card as a drive and you can drag and drop stuff to it. do what you have to do, close the windows on your computer and click unmount
