Losing Root With AOKP

So whenever i flash the AOKP Builds I end up losing root and and have to run the root process again and again. I have tried just wiping the cache/ delvik cache, and wiping everything and flashing, but still lose it everytime. kinda sucks when flashing on the go. Any Help?
