Lost access to apps

Dropped Droid X...lost access to apps. When I go to my apps I get recent apps not a listing of all apps. After search for a specific app it will be included in recent apps. Anyone have suggestion on how to restore my apps? Thanks.

Try going to Settings -> Manage Applications and clearing the cache for the Market app.

Thanks for the help. Issue was that I needed to switch from recent apps to all my apps. My son on law showed me how. Tapping recent apps at the top left of screen gives a menu including all my apps. Simple as that. Thanks for the response.
