I was browsing Youtube some time ago about the best apps to get and I found this one that was a sleep monitor/alarm, but I forgot to bookmark it. So now of course I can't find it. Here is what I remember.
First you would set the alarm then lay it down on your bed which would then track your sleep by how much movement occurred during the night, marking the high and low points of sleep compared to the sleep cycle. The alarm would then wake you as close to your set alarm as possible while still being at the high end of waking.( If I remember correctly - when you sleep you go though stages of sleep, rem sleep being the hardest to wake from.)
That's pretty much what I remember of it. Any help finding this app would be appreciated.
