Lost Bootstrap after I loaded new rom

need some help!

Ive loaded roms in the past and never had problems. I just loaded the super clean green rom and lost my koushs bootstrap recovery app so I cant flash back to stock. I did a backup before the flash so I could flash back to my stock rom but now I lost it! Any ideas? Should I just look for a stock rom to download and re-download bootstrap and flash a stock rom?

The backup should be on your sd card. You should be able to download bootstrap and do the restore like usuall no?
