lost contacts after flash

flashed liberty last night to my phone and its pretty neat. but after i did it, i lost all of my contact phone numbers. i synced both of my email adresses, but that only got me email contacts. i did create a backup through bootstrap before i flashed. if i run the backup, will it erase liberty? or will liberty stay and it will get everything back? i have titanium backup, so all of my apps are good still. i also noticed that verizons backup assistant is not on my phone anymore. i think if i run that app, i will get my numbers back, but i dont know. can i get that app back?

also, after i flashed liberty, there was a "liberty customizer" that i could use to set things up, but i didnt have the time to do it, so i backed out of it. is there anyway to get that back?

i figured it out. went to verizons backup assistant online, expoted my contacts to a csv file on my desktop, then went to gmail and imported it, and my phone synced automatically
