Lost Contacts, Apps, ringtones, text messages etc...

Yesterday I shut off my HTC incredible (verizon) - when turned back on phone the screen read "Activate this phone?" or something like that. Went through registration process, as if I just bought phone,

Now my contacts, whatever apps, whatever ringtones I had downloaded, and text messages are GONE!

Basically everything that was in my phone storage is gone. Tried to import contacts from SD card and that did not help (said file not found)

What can I do?

Well if u made a backup assistant backup use that for the contacts and unless u have something like titanium backup u have get everything all over again
