Lost Messages

Just recently, I've noticed that I've been losing(not receiving) text messages(both MMS/SMS) on my Droid. Just for clarification, I have a Droid 1 with MIUI Rom running Chevy's ULV 1200 Kernel. Anyone have this issue before and know a fix for it?
