Lost My Favorites Shortcut

I had a Favorites shortcut on home page when I got my Incredible. I accidentally deleted it. I found it again under "People" but I cannot figure out how to get the shortcut to it back on my Home Page. Can anyone help? (Sorry, I'm a newbie)

I don't have an Incredible but on the Droid for something like that we would just long press on it and it would go to the home screen.

Still No luck

When I long press Favorites it just brings up a Favorites edit menu. When I long press that, nothing happens. I can get the "People" shortcut but I can't recover the "Favorites" shortcut. Any other ideas?
