Lost Quick Contacts

I'm new to the forum, and the Droid 4, and smartphones in general.

I accidentally deleted my Quick Contacts at the top of my home screen, and would like to get them back. I was told to hold down on the home screen, and select widgets, but that option doesn't come up -- it just gives me Wallpaper options. Is there a way to "undelete" my Quick Contacts, or another method entirely to restore them, besides resetting the phone?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Widgets tab in the App menu.

Does this Quick Contact widget still available in the ICS?

I have the same question. I see the widget tab on the app page, but there is no widget for quick contacts on it.

I think he's referring to what's called favorite contacts in ICS
