loud pitch noise

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with the Driod charge. Every time I'm on an active call for a long period of time I will hear this loud unbearable, squeaky high pitch noise! The person I'm on the phone with can't hear it but I certainly can. This hasn't been the only noise problem I've had. I had muffled static noise too. I'm now on my 3rd certified replacement phone and I dread that I have to get another. Is there any easy fixes out there to avoid the whole replacement process?? I would appreciate any feedback!
