Currently non-rooted 2.1 stock just running the helix mod ui.
Weird thing started happening today. Used some random meteor game app which had ANNOYING screeching/static going along with the sound so I uninstalled. Turned out it was not the app. Tested a ring tone out on mabilo which discharged the same annoying SCREECHING after the tone played. Same with gameboid but it was a continuous screech/static/loud noise. These are all associated with the MEDIA volume/sound.
Any suggestions? Anyone experience this before?
