love miui, need WiFi tethering....

Hi all,

I just installed this wonderful miui rom but i cant figure out how to get wifi tethering. Wifi tetthering is the only reason i rooted my phone. All advice is greatly appreciated!

the MIUI native wifi tether does not work with the Droid. I use this app

wireless_tether_2_0_6.apk - android-wifi-tether - Wireless Tether for Root Users 2.0.6 - Project Hosting on Google Code

I havent used it on 1.28 but I used it on previous builds with no problems

I have started to flash Jrizzill-MOD-v3.0 over the new MIUI releases. It has solved many problems ranging from dodgy WIFI to Wireless tether issues. I have also flashed both Slayher kernels and Jamezelle's custom compcache kernel instead of stock. Both are rock solid once Jrizzill's Mod is flashed over MIUI.

Give it a try.
