Love Tweetcaster Pro, but.......

I do not like to retweet without leaving a little comment attached. Can you guys confirm that you cannot do "RT with comment" with Tweetcaster Pro?

In fact, I don't see that option in any of the other twitter apps I'm trying out.

While I have you here, can someone also explain the difference between the old style and new style RT's? Does the old style post like a new tweet, allowing it to go to Facebook and all while the new style just go to your followers? Is that it?
