Low Phone Earpiece Volume

No matter how much I turn up volume during a call, I can barely hear the person I'm talking to. Am I missing something? Is there another way to turn up this volume other than the toggle button on the top right?

Had clear plastic screen protector covering earpiece! Problem Solved.

the phone worked the first two days I had it - but sound now is awful.. can't hear anyone?
