LTE data stalling.

I have had my dna for less than a week. this evening the data would stall out. While trying to load a web page it would stall. Then I would see one 4g arrow light up then the other. Then nothing. I would toggle data off then back on. That would fix it for a few mins then failure again. rebooted. That worked for maybe 15 mins.
Back home 30 miles away and a few hours later it does it again. 4g stalls out then drops to 3g. I get stuck in 3g. I reboot and am back on 4g. This in the Houston tx general area. I got rid of my Thunderbolt because of this same crap. I thought it was the phone. Maybe not?

Have you checked the coverage in your area? If its happened on both phones it may be them, not you.

Am in Houston Texas. LTE is solid everywhere here. or supposed to be. LTE has been performing great late last night and so far today.
