Which one works best with ICS?

I have the same question. I'm not a developer, so I don't know how to creat a shortcut with Anycut. If anyone out there that is a developer can post instructions for an Anycut shortcut directly to the the LTE toggle setting, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

There's LTESwitch, but it isn't really a toggle, it's a shortcut to the setting I believe.
