Main Screen changes

I just got this phone yesterday... How do I go about changing my main screen so I can get the weather app and digital clock?

Those are called widgets....you already have one analog clock in your default widgets

Search the Market for the widget your talking about....a good one that you're talkin about is called Beautiful Widgets...costs a dollar or 2 but its a nice app
