Make Better 3g signal for wireless tether

Is there anything i can do to increase signal strenth to provide a better connection to my xbox 360 for gaming....ive tried turning off background data which helped & also making call&text restrictions within the phone...PLEASE HELP

First off, lol at xbox360(Lol I started a WAR!) Okay, second, the 3g from the phone is not that fast when it comes to gaming. It will not just work lol. . . I mean I done it on my PS3 and tried the speed test, and it wouldn't even tell me due to too slow.(I also downloaded the speedtest.net app and it told me it ran exactly "167ms(PING)|807kps(DOWNLOAD)|739kbps(UPLOAD)"(Depending on the tower it is coming off of.) As you can see already, that isn't even 1mb. If you want better 3g though, you just have to live where the best 3g tower is or live beside Verizon network lol. .
