Making a Phone Contact into an Outlook Contact

On my Droid 2 Global I have some contacts which were imported from my old phone, and which are now listed as Phone Contacts. I also have Outlook contacts.

Is there a simple way to have some of the phone contacts also become Outlook contacts?

I know I could create a new contact in Outlook, and then join the two contacts, but I'm wondering if there is a simpler solution?

Thanks....

I had similar problems before where I didn't know which place should be the centralized location. I never liked the full sync cause it was too many contacts at once syncing to the phone.

Now I just make sure everything is latest and most up to date on outlook 2010. Then I use the "private" row in outlook to mark true or false. When I export to the CSV spreadsheet I filter out all the addresses that I want or don't want. A single filter can do this. Then a simple upload to google and I am all set.
