Zpads seem to be for the Chinese domestic market*. With the rest of the world being covered by the re packaged units like the Gpad.

Out of the box it integrates into the Chinese social networking sites and a chinese marketplace for applications.
The manual is in Chinese, but with some help of xda-developer.com I managed to get google marketplace installed along with the bundle of google apps and social media sites. The whole arrival of google feels a bit like a spyware virus taking over. But I needed it as it is the only way I could buy the software I need.
In short if you aren't comfortable with hacking to some minor degree and following clear instructions, buy a product aimed at the West with google market place installed.
But if you feel comfortable in some hacking then buy the ZPAD as it is the fastest Pad with the most Ram for the price.
The new Motorolla I suspect has a little more grunt with a better screen.
Zpad is a personal device no wide angle display to share. I like this as it provides privacy in cattle class long haul flights.
