Manual Date set Not Working - Reverts to current date after setting manually

Whenever I manually set my date on the phone, It changes to the date I set...then reverts back to the current date after a couple seconds.

I have never had this problem until a couple days ago. Had the phone for several months. I believe it is a regular Razr...its model # is XT912.

I do not have a FaceBook account, so in order to get some more lives in Candy Crush I have to manually set my date.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to unchecked network time in settings?

Yep...everything was always unchecked. There was no update or anything special that occurred...it just changed the date to the current date and now I cant move the date forward - even with everything unchecked.

Pretty annoying. I was rather addicted to Candy Crush.
