Mass Texting Issue

I sent a picture via mass text like any other time without any issues. I got my replies, but everyone else got the replies as well as if they did a reply all as if it was an email. Is there a setting I changed without realizing it? How can I turn off the reply all feature?

are you using the stock messaging app or something like GoSMS or Handcent?
