Media clean up

My music library is insanely unorganized and I know you can use the program "tuneup" on the computer, and I'm pretty sure its on the iphone, but is it on android? I have not been able to locate it, abs if not, are there any apps that do the same thing?

Clean up titles, artist, cover art, ect.

I'm not really sure what you mean tune up?
I use ES File Explorer to work with files and Cache Clear to get rid of the junk
