Media volume goes to max each time a song plays

As the title says. I'm using Play Music. Just Flashed Liquids ROM today and greatly enjoying it. This is the only issue I'm experiencing. Reason I'm posting here instead of in that section is this post back on the Nexus One. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/android/thread?tid=5d8ae363248ac286&hl=en. Additional searches didn't turn up much. I'm experiencing exactly what's described, except that its with the phone's speaker, not a Bluetooth advice.

Any ideas?
