Finally found the program that I'm happy with for transferring over my mp3s along with their playlists. The artwork that I have associated with the mp3 shows up on the droid & the playlist order remains when transferred. I've tried 4 programs & this is the one I'm happy with.

I've been using MediaMonkey for a while, it works great! Here is an excellent tutorial to get syncing to work properly on the droid.
