Mega viewer pro/video streaming?

Is there another app that does video streaming, besides mega viewer or another way to get it? My wife does not have this app and when I go to put it on her phone it says no longer available in app store

You can try Ustream which is not that bad. There should be two - Ustream Broadcaster which I think just broadcasts a stream and Ustream which does both broadcast and view.
