Memory Issue... tried all suggestions!

Okay, so I have the original Droid and for the past couple of months, I've been getting phone memory low and full inbox alerts.

-My inbox is empty.
-I've cleared cache out of everything.
-I don't have very many extra apps.
-Deleted apps I didn't need.
-Cleared our all browser history, cookies, and cache.
-Have turned my phone on/off.
-Deleted many photos.
-TRIED to move photos to sd.
-Moved all apps that could go to SD through apps2sd.


Please help! This is driving me crazy!
I know when I first got the phone, I had TONS of apps and this never happened!

Also--if I have to do a facorty restore, will it delete all of my photos?

Back up your SD card to a computer, make sure you're synced to Google, do a factory reset.
