Memory Question

When I go to: settings-> applications-> running services, I see "Avail: 11MB+94MB in 18" on the bottom left of my screen and "Other: 41MB in 3 at the bottom right."

What do these numbers mean? I notice that they change as the day goes on... Thanks!
