Anyone know why everytime I send a picture in mms it converts it to a slide show or how to stop this?

Good question, it is a bit annoying. I don't really wanna download some app to fix this. Wondering if there is there a setting somewhere?

Just got off the phone with HTC support. They said there is no option to turn it off. So I disabled stock messenger and went back to handcent. Worked well for me on my d1. O well.

Yeah its the HTC messaging app. It sucks. Only workaround is using something else like handcent or chomp.

I just tested this out. It shows the slide show stuff like you said while creating and sending a picture. But what my wife received was simply a picture just as it was supposed to be.

So I'm not sure what the issue is. I imagine the slides thing is to make it easy to attach more than one pic.

No, my wife has a D2. So I guess my point is that others receive our pics like normal. The stock messaging app isn't a dream come true or anything but I don't like Handcent.

I don't like that handcent won't show a little 1 (or how ever many messages you have) on its icon. Unless I've yet to find the option but I looked up and down
