MEssed up my droid bad

hey guys

i formatted my sd card, wiped data and cache, and now when i try to start my phone it gets into a crazy boot circle

i was using ShadowROM

i have nothing on my SDcard so i cant flash ShadowRom again...

is there a way i can transfer a file over or fix this phone?

What did you use to format your SD ?

The best way to get a file on your SD card is going to be a card reader

i formatted in the Settings of the main interface

yup i just put it on using a card reader.

thank the lord i was scared to hell
