Metamorph issues?

So I goofed in Root Explorer and deleted something i should not have and had to restore to a previous backup...I guess some things didnt stick. I had a blue round battery icon i put on with metamorth. When I try to get into metamorph I push "start checks" and Some files could not be extracted and set up please make sure you have enough space in /system and that busy box is installed.

I know I have busybox installed. Im Running Cyanogen 5.0.6.2
