Micro hdmi to hdmi HULU question

I am sick of paying for XBL gold to watch HULU and Netflix. Can I use my Droid RAZR to connect to my TV? I know it will connect, more of wondering if it will play shows etc.

Netflix and hbo go work with HDMI out. I don't think Hulu plus does. ?

Mirror mode is supposed to show anything that is on your phone screen to the tv, i play some games this way
