Micro Sim to Regular Sim adapter?

I recently came up on a HTC Rezound as a second phone and I wanted to use it to try it out and see what it's like. I tried popping in my micro Sim just to see if it would work but no luck. So I guess my question is...Do any of you switch between phones that require regular sized Sims card to Micro Sim cards? If so how? I kinda would like an adapter that would work like a micro SD card adapter would work where you just kinda insert it in and you now have a SD card to insert in say a camera or computer.
