Microphone and 3.5 mm audio out for car?

I want a car kit for a droid x so I can talk hands free (and headset free) in the car. my jeep has an aux in so all I need is a microphone that I can mount in my car and a 3.5 mm audio out so in can hear their voices over the car's speakers. Its important that the other person's voice comes through the speakers.

Hey,

For what it's worth: I have a VW rabbit '07 that came with a standard AUX input that my Droid X plugs into the car via a 1/4 inch cable. When I get a phone call the call plays through my stereo and without any special equipment the phone still hears when I speak. Not sure if the phone is using just the plain microphone or the speaker phone microphone, but the phone sits in the cup holder and the caller can hear my voice clearly. I guess the phone can detect when headphones/aux cables without a microphone channel are plugged in.

Just my experience.

Thanks. Bought the belkin thing from target for 20 today
