Microsoft just unveiled their newest Nokia Android device, the Nokia X2. Just as before, the new Nokia Android phone won't win any awards for high-end hardware, but that isn't its intended market anyway. It's definitely geared toward a mid-range/budget-friendly crowd.

  • 1GB of RAM
  • 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor
  • 5MP rear camera complete with LED flas
  • 4 GB internal storage
  • MicroSD expansion slo
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • 1,800 mAh battery
  • Dual-SIM support

The device is only for international markets and carries a price of just €99, and it is already available. There have also been some updates to the software and the forked version of Android on the phone. Here's a quote with more of the details,

One of the biggest complains about the old handset was that some users were finding it difficult to navigate around the interface. This time around, Microsoft has included a home key, to take the user back to their home screen, and the familiar back button. Holding the home button down also now brings up the multi-tasking screen, just like a regular Android handset.

Speaking of software, the forked Android OS remains with the Nokia X2, offering up a Windows Phone inspired user interface with the benefit of having the complete collection of Android apps at your fingertips. Multiple Microsoft apps and services come pre-installed, including Outlook, OneDrive, Skype and some Xbox games. Customers will also receive 15GB of OneDrive storage for free. ~ Android Authority

I'm a little disappointed. I thought it would at least match the Icon in specs.
